At Northwala, we aim to provide a smooth and satisfying experience for all our customers. Please review our cancellation and refund policies carefully before placing an order.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before the food preparation process begins. Once the kitchen has started preparing your order, it cannot be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
If you need to cancel your order immediately after placing it, please reach out to us as soon as possible via email at support@northwala.co.in. Our team will check the status of your order and assist you accordingly.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Unavailability of items

Operational issues

Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

Payment issues or suspected fraud
In such cases, the full amount will be refunded back to your original payment method.
Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

You received the wrong order

The order was not delivered

The food was damaged or spilled

There was an unauthorized transaction on your account
To request a refund, please contact us at support@northwala.co.in within 2 hours of receiving the order, and include your order ID, issue details, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
Once we verify the issue, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original mode of payment.
No Refunds Will Be Provided If:
